Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu
Depart Nairobi for Samburu and Drive north through Kikuyu land and across the equator into Samburu National Reserve arriving in time for lunch. And an afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Lodge.
Day 2: Samburu National Reserve
Morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu with a lunch and leisure break in the mid afternoon. The reserve is home to rare drought resistant animals that are peculiar to the semi- arid region north of the equator. These include the reticulated giraffe, gravy’s zebra, the Beisa Oryx, gerenuk and blue-shanked Somali Ostrich. Samburu is the dry most of the year but is watered by Ewaso Nyiro River, which rises in the Aberdares and drains in the Lorian Swamp North of Shaba National Reserve. Lunch, Dinner and Overnight at Samburu Lodge.
Day 3: Samburu – Aberdare National Park
Breakfast and depart Samburu for Aberdares, to arrive in time for lunch at Outspan then transferred to the Treetops Hotel, where you will get to view game from the hotel decks. The Aberdares are an isolated volcanic range that forms the eastern wall of the Rift Valley, running roughly 100km north south between Nairobi and Thomson’s Falls. Soils are red and of volcanic origin, but rich in organic matter. There are two main peaks, Ol Donyo Lesatima (3,999m) and Kinangop (3,906m) separated by a long saddle of alpine moorland at over 3,000m. The National Park lies mainly above the tree line running along the 10,000ft contour with some forest and scrub at lower altitude in the ‘salient’ area near Nyeri with the boundary running down to the 7000ft contour. Day 4: Aberdares – Lake Nakuru National Park
Return to the Outspan for breakfast, and then drive around the northern part of the Aberdares Range to descend into the Great Rift Valley, with a brief stop over at the Thompson Falls in Nyahururu, then drive on to Lake Nakuru for a truly remarkable game drive that includes Flamingoes as well as the rare white rhino in this world famous ornithological paradise with over 450 species of bird life. This lake is famous for its million plus flamingos. A shimmering hot-pink glow emanates across the lake, created by millions of flamingos which migrate along the Great Rift Valley Lakes. Pelicans, cormorants and Marabou storks also feed on the abundant algae in the warm, shallow alkaline water. Enjoy an afternoon game drive. All meals and overnight at Waterbuck Hotel.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
Leave Nakuru for Masai Mara to arrive in time for lunch. On our afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara we have a very good chance of seeing all the major plains animals including lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, rhinos, hyenas, cheetahs, jackals, warthogs and many species of antelopes. In this area we also encounter and learn about the Masai, a proud tribal people struggling to preserve their traditions in the face of modernization. Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Early breakfast then proceed for a full day tracking game with your guide in this park whose landscape is savannah grassland on rolling hills. Virtually every type of animal is found in the Mara, which has an extensive road, and track network, which allows excellent photography and viewing opportunities, making it the best and most visited park in Kenya. We will cater for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool. Dinner and overnight at Nyumbu Tented Camp. (Optional balloon safari for US$ 475)
Day 7: Masai Mara – Nairobi
Breakfast and depart for Nairobi with game drives en route, to arrive Nairobi in time for Dinner and Overnight at Laico Regency.
Day 8: Nairobi – Tsavo East
Breakfast and drive to Tsavo East National Park arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game viewing. Tsavo East is a very popular Park as is the legend of Tsavo “The Man-eaters of Tsavo”,another site to behold is the Mudanda rock – This is a long rock outcrop that is about 1.6Km long. There is a dam at the base. Animals can be seen drinking. Visitors can walk along the rock and enjoy the cool breeze as well as view wildlife at the base. Dinner and overnight at Voi Wildlife Lodge.
Day 9: Tsavo East – Tsavo West National Park
Breakfast and leave for Tsavo West National Park arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game viewing with visit to Mzima springs Dinner and Overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge.
Day 10: Tsavo West – Amboseli
Early breakfast and game drives then leave for Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch. Evening game drives which will reveal swamps and springs fed by underground rivers from the melting snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro, which give permanent water to the wildlife. The animals seen here include lion, elephant, cheetah, buffalo, plains game and the rare Taita weaver and the gerenuk. The animals are mainly found around the Ol Kenya swamp. If the weather is clear and there is low cloud cover, you may see the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro, which forms a beautiful backdrop to the park. The observation hill offers a view of the entire park and beyond with game drives enroute. Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.
Day 11: Amboseli/ Arusha – Lake Manyara
Breakfast and leave for Namanga border with game drives en route to board a public shuttle bus to Arusha, arriving in time for your departure to Lake Manyara. Have an evening game drive with Dinner and Overnight at Lake Manyara campsite.
Day 12: Lake Manyara – Serengeti
Breakfast and leave for Serengeti with packed lunches. Arriving in time for an afternoon game drives. It is possible to view all the big five. Animals here are seen in very large herds, especially wildebeest, zebra, gazelle and other antelopes. The park is one of the largest in the worlds, its animal concentration and abundance is unequaled. The annual migration of wildebeest and zebra occurs in this park in June/July. In the parks central plains there are carnivores like lion, leopard, hyena and cheetah. Lunch, Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti campsite.
Day 13: Serengeti – Ngorongoro
Breakfast and proceed to Ngorongoro crater for game drives. Ngorongoro Conservation Area’s central feature is the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the largest intact caldera in the world and one of the most spectacular sights in Africa. The Olduvai Gorge in the neighborhood is the site where some of Africa’s oldest hominid fossils were found. The Crater has the most predator population in Africa. Elephant, lion, zebra, wildebeest and a host of other resident animals are to be found here. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro campsite.
Day 14: Ngorongoro- Arusha
After breakfast proceed for an early morning game drive enroute to Arusha in time for overnight at Arusha Tourist Inn.
Day 15: Arusha – Nairobi
Breakfast and after leave for Nairobi with Public Shuttle bus arriving in time for departure home.

Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu

Day 3: Samburu – Aberdares National Park
Breakfast and depart for Aberdares, to arrive in time for lunch at Outspan then transferred to the Treetops Hotel, where you will get to view game from the hotel decks. Day 5: Arusha – Lake Manyara
After breakfast, we will pick you from your Arusha hotel. Thereafter depart for Lake Manyara National Park. The park is renowned for its bird life, which includes flamingos and Egyptian geese as well as its tree-climbing lions. The park is small in size and the time you spend there will be sufficient to cover the park exhaustively. Lunch, Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara campsite.
Day 6: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro for a full day crater tour, taking picnic lunches with you. This visit will actually give you the highest chances of spotting the rare black rhino. The crater is 670 metres deep. The rest of the big five may be seen. Other species encountered include cheetah, grant’s and Thompson’s gazelle, the common zebra, spotted hyena and wildbeest. Flamingos may also be seen on the Crater Lake. In between tracking game, you will have a break for lunch at the Ngoitoktok springs picnic site. In the evening ascend and out of the crater. Breakfast, lunch, Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Campsite.
Day 7: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Depart in the morning after breakfast with picnic lunch descending 2000ft by 4WD vehicles to the crater floor for a full day crater tour. Search for the magnificent black-manned lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and plenty of other wild game exist in great concentration. Lunch at the crater. Ascend back to Ngorongoro campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Ngorongoro / Serengeti
After breakfast, depart the Ngorongoro Conservation area for the Serengeti National Park via the pre-historic site at Olduvai Gorge. The Gorge Museum has great wealth of the remains of various flora and fauna from the early man era. Continue to the Serengeti for an afternoon game drive. Day 12: Tarangire / Arusha / Nairobi
After breakfast proceed for Arusha and your onward transfers to Nairobi via Namanga border town for immigration formalities arriving in the evening, followed by a transfer to airport to fly back home.

Depart Masai Mara in the morning and drive north while viewing game to arrive in time for your connecting flight to Zanzibar. Arrival at the airport and will be transferred to Ras Nungwi Beach Resort/ Ocean Paradise Beach Resort Overnight.
Day 5: ZANZIBAR
Breakfast and spend the rest of the day absorbing the magic of Zanzibar Island, and on various excursions. Dinner and overnight at Ras Nungwi Beach Resort / Ocean Paradise Beach Resort.
Day 6: ZANZIBAR – MOMBASA
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for a flight to
Mombasa, arrive Mombasa and transfer to Kenya Bay beach hotel/ Sun N Sand Beach Resort for overnight.
Day 7: MOMBASA

After breakfast, we will pick you from your Arusha hotel. Thereafter depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro for a full day crater tour, taking picnic lunches with you. This visit will actually give you the highest chances of spotting the rare black rhino. The crater is 670 metres deep. The rest of the big five may be seen. Other species encountered include cheetah, grant’s and Thompson’s gazelle, the common zebra, spotted hyena and wildebeest. Flamingos may also be seen on the Crater Lake. In between tracking game, you will have a break for lunch at the Ngoitoktok springs picnic site. In the evening ascend and out of the crater. 4 DAYS LAKE MANYARA-NGORONGORO-TARANGIRE – MAE 0083
DAY 1: Nairobi / Arusha
Board shuttle bus at 08:00 hrs to the border town of Namanga where you will clear customs and immigration formalities. Proceed into Tanzania to Arusha town. On arrival you will be dropped at Impala hotel for overnight.
DAY 2: Arusha/ LAKE MANYARA.
Depart from Arusha at 09:30hrs for Lake Manyara arriving in good time for lunch. After Lunch explore Lake Manyara National Park which covers an area of only 318 sq km its terrain is so diverse that its mammal and bird lists are most impressive. The park includes much of Lake Manyara, some 60 km (38 miles) long as well as the Rift Valley escarpment. The park is well known for its tree climbing lions which can be found lazing on branches of the acacia trees. In addition there are good numbers of elephants, big herd of buffalo and plenty of leopards. The lake is a favorite place for pink flamingos and wading birds in general. This area is home to the Masai people whom you will see, as you pass through the villages. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Hotel.
DAY 3: Arusha/LAKE MANYARA/ NGORONGORO
After early breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro crater with game drive enroute; where you descend 2000ft for a fascinating game drive on the crater floor. In a landscape reminiscent of the volcanic upheavals of the Rift Valley, the world’s largest unbroken, un flooded volcanic caldera (collapsed cone of a volcano) covers 300 sq km In this restricted space, exceptional climatic conditions have favoured an explosion of animal life. Some 20,000 great mammals are permanently in residence, as there is permanent water springs here there is no need to migrate. Picnic lunch will be served. Enjoy game viewing at the crater until late in the afternoon when you ascend back to the Sopa/ Wildlife Lodge for dinner and overnight.
DAY 4:Arusha/ NGORONGORO
After breakfast depart Ngorongoro for a half-day game drive in the Tarangire National Park. Many of the animals congregate around the only source of permanent water in the park, the Tarangire River. This is the best place in Tanzania to see really big herds of elephants of up to 300 at a time on safari. After lunch drive back to Arusha to arrive in time for your next destination.
